What time can I check-in?

Check in is from 4pm.  It helps us if you check in first so we can hand out keys.  We can store bags if arriving early and your room isn’t ready.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

⁠Yes, we have free Wi-Fi, the password is displayed at the B&B.

Can I check-in earlier than 4.00 pm?

Please send a message to 07399602007 if arriving before 4pm.  On your day of arrival, please send us your eta.

Is there free parking?

⁠We have a large off-street gravel car park which is free to use. There are four spaces on each side of the car park.  Please Park in a way so each of the four spaces on each side can be used.

On the day of departure what time do I need to vacate my room?

Check out is 10am.

Is smoking permitted?

⁠Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the b&b.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

⁠Room prices don’t include breakfast.  At check in it’s possible to add breakfast.

What about smoking in the bedroom? 

⁠Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Are pets allowed?

⁠Pets including dogs are not permitted at the b&b.

Do you serve food in the evenings?

We don’t provide evening food at the b&b.  In the dining area we have a microwave, toaster, kettle and communal mini fridge.  We can provide plates and cutlery if getting a takeaway.  Please eat in the dining area, not in the bedrooms.  We have good restaurants within walking distance and good take away delivery options. 

Will I need to bring my own towels & toiletries?

We provide towels, shower gel and hand soap.

Do you have any facilities for less mobile guests or those with disabilities?

Unfortunately, the b&b has small steps throughout the ground floor so access for disability is limited. 

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

There are hair dryers in the rooms

Are there tea & coffee making facilities in the room?

Please ask at reception for ironing facilities.
